DMCA

DreamFlick respects the intellectual property rights of all creators. In compliance with the DMCA, any valid notice of copyright infringement will result in the prompt removal or disabling of access to the allegedly infringing content. We may share the complainant’s details with the individual who posted the content to facilitate resolution.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe the removal was incorrect, you are entitled to submit a counter-notification. This must include:

  • Identification of the material and its prior location (e.g., specific URL).
  • Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or any applicable district if you reside outside the U.S.) and to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your signature (physical or electronic).

Once we receive a complete and valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless a lawsuit is filed within 10–14 business days, the material may be restored.
